I\u2019m Roy Lane, Coach, Hypnotherapist and Change Facilitator.\u00a0 I have always had a great interest and fascination in what makes us tick as individuals, how and why we make the decisions we do, the way we react to outside influences and the manner in which we filter and process information. Over many years I have studied various aspects of human psychology, emotional expression and personal development. I hold professional insurance and have qualifications as a Professional CLEAN Coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and as a Performance and Results Coach.<\/p>\n

Alongside this, I\u2019m dyslexic, as are two of my children. I fully understand what it is like to be different from the norm and the problems of low self- esteem that can result.<\/p>\n

For getting on for two decades, I owned and was managing director of a successful Graphics company. I know what it is like to work in a pressured environment, deal with critical decision making to maximise business potential, while at the same time, try and maintain a work \/ family home-life balance. And yes, being successful can sometimes make you feel isolated and alone, learning how to deal with this and increase your emotional resilience can help maintain that success.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m interested in you as an individual, I provide a confidential, non-judgemental, safe space and take time to listen to you and what it is, you want to achieve. There is no \u2018normal\u2019 so each session is specially tailored to your personal needs and the outcome you desire. Using a combination of NLP, Hypnosis, Mindfulness and a host of coaching and therapy techniques, long lasting holistic results can be achieved.<\/p>\n
